This policy covers our websites at julia.social and not.bot. The not.bot app is covered by the separate Privacy Policy.
We collect no personal information
Our websites set no cookies, use no tracking technologies, and have no signup or contact forms. We do not collect personal information from visitors, and we do not track who visits, what they read, or where they came from. See the No Cookies Policy for detail.
Cloudflare
We use Cloudflare as a reverse proxy for security and performance. It provides us with aggregate traffic statistics only, not information about individual visitors.
Merchandise store
Our website links to a merchandise store hosted by Shopify with fulfillment by Printful. When you buy merchandise, you provide your name, address, and payment information directly to Shopify and Printful, which are separate companies with their own cookies and privacy practices. We do not capture or store that purchaser information in our own systems. Shopify and Printful let our staff sign in and view purchaser details on their platforms, which we use only to resolve merchandise complaints. We hold that access to a small number of authorized people; today that is one executive. There is no way to link a merchandise buyer to a not.bot app user. This policy does not govern the store.
We do not sell or share your information
We do not sell or share personal information, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act and other state privacy laws. We hold no personal information from the website to sell or share in any case.
Your privacy rights
California residents, and residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Texas), have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
Because we collect no personal information through the website, we have nothing to provide, correct, delete, or stop selling in response to a request. If you email us, we will have your email correspondence, and you can ask us to delete it at [email protected].
Children
Our websites are general-audience and are not directed to children. We do not collect personal information from anyone through the website, including children.
Security and updates
Data in transit is protected with TLS encryption. We may update this policy and will post changes here with a new effective date.
